$100 non-refundable application fee per unit per tenant (fee includes background check fee).
You must include a current & valid driver’s license.
A background check will be conducted by the Landlord.
References are required.
Renter’s Insurance Required
The Landlord has the right to approve or disapprove your application at any time for any reason.
12- or 7-Month Lease Contract (7-Month lease has additional monthly fee & is not guaranteed)
A 60-day notice is required before the end of lease term whether the tenant is staying or leaving.
The Landlord has the discretion to increase rent at end of lease term or choose not to renew.
Late payments may affect eligibility for lease renewal and subject to late payment fees as listed in your lease.
Tenant is responsible for guests’ behavior while on premises.
$250 cleaning fee (non-refundable) with security deposit upon leasing unit.
Move out must be scheduled with property manager and security deposit will be mailed to address on file. Tenant may be subject to deductions from security deposit if the unit is not left in good condition and as per their lease agreement.
